In a surprising disclosure, DopeNation, the twin brothers in Ghana music industry, has revealed that they were the masterminds behind many catchy beats that several top-tier artists in Ghana have recorded with.
Under the guidance of the award-winning artist EL, DopeNation stated that their impressive list of collaborations included artists such as Pappy Kojo, Joey B, Eazzy, Mr Eazi, and others.
One of their notable achievements was their contribution to producing Ebony’s immensely popular song “Poison,” which not only won multiple awards but also played a significant role in her posthumous recognition as Artiste of the Year.
Moreover, DopeNation’s innovative contributions were evident in tracks like Shatta Wale’s “Kpuu Kpaa” and Mr Drew’s “This Year.”
During their tenure at Lynx Entertainment on a one-year contract, they worked with artists signed to the label, including Kuami Eugene.
Despite their success behind the scenes, DopeNation eventually shifted gears from being music producers to becoming artists in their own right.
Their debut song, ‘Eish,’ quickly gained widespread popularity across the nation, cementing their status as notable figures in Ghana’s music scene.
