Hiplife artist Kuami Eugene has shared his thoughts on the current state of the music industry. This comes after the just ended Telecel Ghana Music Awards (TGMA).
In a post on X, he expressed his concerns about the lengths people are willing to go to for validation. According to Kuami Eugene, the industry has become a “bloody game,” implying that it is now filled with cutthroat competition and questionable actions.
He wrote, “The Music Industry no be how the fans dey see am. It’s a bloody 🩸 game now. People will do anything, pull any string for validation. Ay3 tan !!!!!!”
The reason behind Kuami Eugene’s post is unclear, though it came just a day after the Ghana Music Awards, where he was honored as the best highlife artist at the Telecel Ghana Music Awards.
